Follow-up to merged #13, based on current main. Fixes GET /api/documents pruning workspace-wide folder assignments using a per-user visible subset; reads no longer erase hidden/private mappings. Assignment now rejects deleted or inaccessible documents. Adds stateful HTTP/SQLite lifecycle tests for move, rename, folder/file deletion, failure preservation, withdrawal, workspace isolation and folder recreation. Adds a clear client-side 100-source limit without dropping IDs. Local validation: 103 backend tests, 114 frontend tests; lint, formatting, typecheck and build pass. Lifecycle matrix and remaining live/concurrency validation are documented in docs/KNOWLEDGE_CATALOG_LIFECYCLE.md. Companion RAG PR acbonet/ragoon-rag#14 adds strict full-folder summary coverage and 146 passing backend tests. No deploy changes. Existing already-lost assignments are not reconstructed automatically.
