Scope

  • Validate the entire selected source set before submission in student and teacher views; do not silently drop unindexed/missing files or switch to direct LLM.
  • Bound both polling and stalled polling HTTP calls; retain explicit cancellation without silently generating another answer.
  • Isolate calendar snapshots by range/scope, clear stale results on errors and distinguish loading/unavailable/empty states.
  • Refresh calendars after teacher event creation; place the mobile calendar below the measured wrapped toolbar.
  • Add teacher/student browser acceptance and retain the prior upload, file viewer and source-selection behavior.

Validation

  • 182 frontend tests and 149 backend tests passed locally.
  • Prettier, ESLint, TypeScript and production build passed.
  • Chromium mocked-API acceptance passed for generation/progress/cancellation/source reindex blocking and teacher/student calendar scopes, event creation, error states and mobile geometry.
  • No lockfile changes or new product-feature backlog implementations. Existing dependency advisories and bundle/deprecation warnings remain separately documented.

Release gate

Companion RAG branch: acbonet/ragoon-rag fix/conversation-knowledge-context. Test both candidate images in development on TOB with real qwen3:14b before promotion. Browser tests use mocked HTTP, not real mail or inference. No deployment performed. CI must pass before merge; immutable images publish on the main-branch push workflow.
