Workspaces now store the active join code next to its hash, and GET /api/workspaces/{id}/join-code returns it to the owner only. Joining still looks codes up by hash; codes created before this change read as no code until the owner makes a new one. PATCH /api/workspaces/{id} now takes a name, an icon or both. The icon is one emoji, or null to remove it, and only the owner can set it; every member sees it. Anything other than an emoji is rejected.Moves workspaces and chats into a left sidebar. Every workspace is always listed, with groups under their class in the class's calendar colour or a chosen emoji icon, and the current workspace's chats below. It folds to a rail of tiles. A workspace's own actions sit in the header next to its name, with Invite, which now shows the current code. The calendar and account stay top right.
Every layout uses the same chat. The model, depth and prompt-improver controls and response templates are removed. File panels show an In context pill, one menu per file (Move to folder, the move to the other section, Delete) and one Add button. Menus can no longer be clipped, and the app's own dialogs replace the browser's confirm boxes.
On the backend, workspaces gain an owner-set emoji icon, and owners can read the active invite code. make local-rag runs the RAG service locally with small models for offline testing.
