Brings in the two sidebar commits pushed after #21 and the right-pane switch.

Folded sidebar: a chats popover beside the rail, date headings, groups only under the active class, + for New class / Join with a code, Teaching/Learning sections.
One chat state (useChats) and panel (ChatPanel) for every layout; teachers gain memory folders and model-written titles.
Files and Calendar buttons at the top right swap the right-hand pane; choosing the one shown folds it away. Files by default on entering a workspace.

Testing: npm run check (format, lint, types, 189 tests); tried in the browser.

feat: chats beside the folded sidebar and a shorter workspace list fbca6b2004

The history button on the folded rail now opens the chat list in a popover beside it instead of expanding the sidebar, and chats are headed by date (Today, Yesterday, last 7 and 30 days, then by month).

Only the active class shows its groups, in the open and folded sidebar, so many classes stay short. New class and Join with a code move under a + by the first heading, and the sections read Teaching and Learning, with class used throughout.

Inviting moves from the header into the workspace's options menu for owners. Popups no longer close while a dialog they opened is in use, so confirming a new invite code keeps the panel open.

The teacher's class view had its own copy of the chat list and of sending a question, which had drifted: it had no memory folders, no model-written titles and lost a question when the answer failed. Both layouts now share useChats (chats, memory folders, local storage) and ChatPanel (sending, saving, the conversation), with options for what really differs.

Answers now land in the chat that asked even after switching chats, in every layout. The page stays mounted but hidden under the admin dashboard, so a draft or a pending answer survives opening it, and picking a chat in the sidebar returns to it.

Files and Calendar buttons at the top right choose what the right-hand pane shows, instead of the calendar sliding over the files; choosing the one shown folds the pane so the chat takes the width. Entering a workspace always shows the files.

The files stay mounted behind the calendar, so an open file and the selection survive the switch, and a chip over the composer says how many files the chat uses while they are out of sight. The calendar's data moved out of the header into a hook, ready for a messages pane later.
