Old version of the web for inputting rare kidney disease patients data. Contains helpers for transformers and implementing it in the web. Also contains code in PhenoOld_Kidney/kidney/src/main/java/com/phenoold/hpo_files/standalones/Compare_Data_quality.Rmd or in Compare_Doctors.Rmd used in the comparison of MONDO and CURATED databases.
It can generate simulated patients using file PhenoOld_Kidney/kidney/src/main/java/com/phenoold/hpo_files
/standalones/Simulate_patients.java or with HPO_embeddings to create custom embeddings to represent symptoms
